Terms and Conditions

Dealoo is an offering by CheckoutLab GmbH based in Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “CheckoutLab”). Dealoo is a network of online shops and other e-commerce companies (hereinafter the “Partner Shops”), which enables their customers (hereinafter collectively the “Customers”) to receive vouchers and special offers as a thank you for shopping and obtaining other services from other Partner Shops and additional participating companies via Dealoo. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the respective rights and obligations of the Customers.

The Privacy Policy provides information about data protection at Dealoo.

1. Vouchers

  1. 1.1 Customers who are referred to Dealoo by Partner Shops to request vouchers can select and request one or more vouchers for shopping and other services at other Partner Shops and additional participating companies on the Dealoo website (hereinafter the “Website”), subject to availability.
  2. 1.2 The availability of vouchers is limited. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash or returned. Otherwise, the published conditions for each available voucher apply, such as limited validity or minimum order value.
  3. 1.3 Customers who request a voucher on the Website must be fully capable natural persons at least 18 years of age.
  4. 1.4 Customers who request a voucher on the Website must provide a valid email address. This email address is used to send the requested voucher to the customer and to remind them to redeem the requested voucher. The email address is also used to send the Dealoo newsletter with new vouchers and special offers. Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
  5. 1.5 Customers who access the Website can refer friends to Dealoo via email and any other communication channels offered on the Website, so that they can also request vouchers. Customers may only use the required information of their friends, such as their email addresses, if they are explicitly authorized to do so.
  6. 1.6 Customers receive the requested vouchers as codes, subject to availability, which can be redeemed as vouchers at the respective Partner Shops and additional participating companies. CheckoutLab may exclude customers from receiving vouchers if abuse is suspected. Each individual voucher may only be redeemed once. Vouchers cannot be combined.
  7. 1.7 Otherwise, the conditions for redeeming vouchers are governed by the terms and conditions (T&C) and other provisions of the respective Partner Shops and additional participating companies.

2. Special Offers

  1. 2.1 Customers of Partner Shops who receive special offers for shopping and other services at other Partner Shops and additional participating companies can select and order one or more special offers, subject to availability. The availability of special offers is limited.
  2. 2.2 Otherwise, the published conditions for each available special offer apply, such as scope of offer, price, and contract duration.
  3. 2.3 Customers who order a special offer must be fully capable natural persons at least 18 years of age.
  4. 2.4 Customers who order a special offer must provide a valid email address and any other required contact addresses. These contact addresses are used to process the order and deliver the ordered special offer. The email address is used to send the Dealoo newsletter with new vouchers and special offers. Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. CheckoutLab may exclude customers from special offers if abuse is suspected.

3. Sweepstakes

  1. 3.1 Customers can participate in any sweepstakes on the Website. The published conditions apply, such as the prize(s) and the closing date. Winners are drawn after the closing date and notified personally.
  2. 3.2 Participation is independent of a purchase at Partner Shops and additional participating companies and is possible by email to info@dealoo.ch stating the sweepstake, email address, first name, and last name.
  3. 3.3 CheckoutLab may exclude participants from sweepstakes if abuse is suspected. Legal recourse is excluded for sweepstakes and no correspondence will be conducted.

4. Other Provisions

  1. 4.1 Access to the Website with false or forged information, such as fictitious email addresses, as well as by means of registration services, scripts, and comparable means, such as technical manipulations, is prohibited. Persons who access the Website with such information or means are fully liable for all direct and indirect damages caused to CheckoutLab and may be excluded from accessing the Website.
  2. 4.2 Any liability of CheckoutLab for direct or indirect damages in connection with Dealoo is, subject to mandatory statutory provisions, limited to gross negligence and intent. Liability for auxiliary persons is excluded. In particular, CheckoutLab is not liable for the permanent or temporary, partial or complete unavailability of the Website or the offers, and in particular not for vouchers or special offers from Partner Shops and additional participating companies. CheckoutLab may discontinue the Dealoo offering at any time without stating reasons.
  3. 4.3 These T&C may be changed at any time and without stating reasons. CheckoutLab will inform affected customers and other affected persons in an appropriate manner about significant changes to these T&C.
  4. 4.4 These T&C and Dealoo are subject to Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (“Vienna Sales Convention”). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. For consumers, other laws and jurisdictions may apply.
